Senior Business/Data AnalystSchedule - 1 day in office/4 days remote- but must reside in Minneapolis, MN6 months with possible extensionRequirements:7+ years experience as a strong BA experience working on data projectsStrong SQL experience and must include: writing experience (joins, unions, sub-queries), understanding pseudo SQL code and reverse engineeringMust have strong data profiling and data analytics, Metadata, data governance and data lineage experienceCandidates must have experience gathering and documenting requirements and experience leading requirements sessions.Experience writing business requirements as JIRA storiesMust be able to document data / process flowsExperience needed in data controls and data governanceIdeal candidate will be someone who has a strong understanding of the requirements analysis lifecycle, Data analysis, Financial experience and strong foundational RDBMS expertise.Experience working in Agile Scrum & Kanban environmentsProcess Improvements experiencePlease provide years of experience:Business/Data Analyst experienceSQL experience must include:writing experience (joins, unions, sub-queries)understanding pseudo SQL codereverse engineeringData profilingMetadataData governanceData lineageGathering and documenting requirementsWriting JIRA storiesDocument data / process flowsProcess Improvements experience
