Vice President, Marketing
Location : Remote in the United States or Canada | Reporting To : Executive Leadership

Responsibilities
- Owning strategy and outcomes for the agency’s marketing function
- Overseeing website, search, organic and paid social, email, marketing automation, PR/communications, content, event, sponsorships, employer branding
- Building the annual plan and budget – with a standing seat in quarterly strategic planning with other agency leaders, partnering closely with the Chief Experience Officer
- Defining the marketing organization design and leading the team that executes your plan and vision
- Building a marketing rhythm so progress is visible and able to be adjusted over time
- Creating a unified reporting view that connects marketing activity to spend pipeline and brand outcomes
- Working closely with sales leadership to shape ICP, key account and GTM strategy, aligning campaigns, nurture programs, and content investment
- Supporting executive relationship building and voice-of-customer program with brand storytelling and client reference content, in partnership with the CEO and sales leaders
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing for $50M+ advertising agencies
- Experience holding budget and decision-making authority, not just accountability for outcomes
- Demonstrated strategic capability – building a vision and translating that into plans and budgets
- Track record of leading and developing high-performing teams and being hands-on
- Experience reporting on measurable outcomes in front of executive leadership teams
- Experience partnering with sales/business development leadership
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms – CRM, marketing automation, email, analytics, paid social, SEO, AGO, CMS
- Experience with ABM, demand generation, PR/communications, and employer marketing/branding are preferred skills/experiences to have for this role
