What You’ll Be Doing: Engaging the Community: You are the face of our brand! You’ll start conversations with homeowners at local events and retail sites. Setting the Stage: You aren’t selling windows; you’re selling the appointment. Your goal is to set qualified consultations for our Design Consultants. Problem Solving: Use your conversational agility to address customer needs and build trust authentically.
