Assembler - 2nd shift

As an Assembler, you will play a key role in producing high-quality products by performing assembly, sub-assembly, testing, and rework activities in a manufacturing environment. This role supports operational excellence by ensuring products meet quality standards, maintaining accurate production records, and contributing to the timely completion of work orders. You will work collaboratively with team members to deliver reliable solutions while following established safety and quality procedures. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Perform assembly and sub-assembly of products by following standard work instructions and mechanical blueprints using hand tools and power tools at an adjustable-height workstation. Troubleshoot and rework products that do not meet testing standards through disassembly, reassembly, and additional testing. Accurately track the progress and completion of work orders, including associated scrap, within the ERP system. Use overhead assist/lift equipment to safely move larger parts and finished products to and from workstations. Maintain a safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment. For This Role, You Will Need: High School Diploma, GED, or demonstrated ability to read, write, and perform mathematical calculations at a high school level. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 70 pounds. Ability to carry objects and perform physical activities including reaching, stretching, bending, and twisting throughout the workday. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions while maintaining quality and safety standards. Ability to perform other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Associate degree in any field. Experience using measuring instruments and testing equipment. Familiarity with ERP systems or production tracking tools.
