This exciting role is perfect for an ambitious professional eager to deliver exclusive coverage of the institutional private real estate sector and establish themselves as an authority in the field.Key Responsibilities:– News Production: Write a consistent stream of news stories on private real estate transactions.– Exclusive Reporting: Break major stories and ensure timely coverage of on-diary news.– Networking: Build and maintain relationships with private real estate investment executives and advisors.– Interviews: Conduct interviews with key industry figures to enhance reporting.– Data Contribution: Engage in the collection and structuring of transaction data.– Trend Analysis: Identify and communicate significant trends in private real estate investment during weekly editorial calls.– Collaboration: Work with research departments and analytics teams to analyze transaction trends using both external and proprietary data.– Content Optimization: Use performance metrics to ensure content remains relevant and effective.– Website Management: Keep the organization’s website updated with fresh content.– Editorial Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues on editorial assignments and adhere to editorial codes of conduct.– Commentary and Industry Presence: Provide commentary on private real estate investment and participate in industry events, including panel discussions.About You:Requirements:– Experience: Demonstrated experience in business or financial reporting. Experience with private real estate or related financial fields is advantageous.– Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, online search tools, databases, WordPress, and SEO optimization tools.– Communication: Strong reporting skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and create compelling stories.– Knowledge: Familiarity with financial markets and investing, especially in private real estate.
