About the Role:

As a Restoration Supervisor at Restoration 1 of Huntington Beach, you will lead a dedicated team in providing top-notch restoration services to our clients. Join us in making a difference in people's lives by restoring their homes and businesses after unexpected disasters.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of restoration projects, ensuring quality and timeliness.

Manage and train team members on restoration techniques and safety protocols.

Conduct site assessments to determine scope of work and develop action plans.

Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and contractors.

Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies, ensuring readiness for projects.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout all projects.

Prepare and submit project documentation and reports as required.

Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restoration or construction management.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.

Knowledge of restoration techniques, equipment, and safety practices.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

IICRC certification in water damage restoration is preferred.

Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts as needed.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
