Meaningful Projects From ground up developments to tenant improvements, you’ll support projects that push the industry forward and positively impact communities. Mentorship & Development Work hands-on with project managers, superintendents, and leadership to hone your skills and accelerate your career trajectory. What You’ll Be Doing Support project teams by managing documentation, schedules, and communication. Coordinate RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project logs. Assist with budgeting, contract preparation, and workflow tracking. Facilitate communication between subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams. Help keep project timelines, milestones, and deliverables on track. Grow into owning key project responsibilities—including client-facing coordination. What You Bring Experience as a Project Coordinator, Assistant PM, or similar construction role. Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through. A proactive, detail-focused mindset—especially when juggling multiple tasks. Familiarity with construction tools and platforms (Procore, Bluebeam, Excel, etc.).
