Director of Investor Relations

Lead our investor relations function as Director, managing relationships with our limited partners, overseeing fundraising communications, and articulating the Camber Sky Holding story to the institutional capital community.

Responsibilities

• Manage all LP communications — quarterly reports, annual meetings, and ad-hoc updates
• Lead fundraising efforts alongside the founding partners, including LP targeting and roadshow execution
• Develop and maintain investor marketing materials, fund collateral, and performance reporting
• Build and nurture relationships with institutional investors, consultants, and family offices
• Coordinate LP due diligence requests and manage the data room
• Represent the firm at industry conferences and investor events

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or placement, ideally within private equity or alternative investments
• Existing network of institutional LP relationships across North America
• Deep understanding of private equity fund structures, terms, and reporting
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills — written, verbal, and visual
• Ability to translate complex investment narratives into compelling LP-facing materials
• Bachelor's degree; MBA or CFA preferred

• Experience with generalist or multi-strategy funds
• Prior role at a placement agent or institutional consultant
