What You'll Do Provide comprehensive support throughout all phases of complex litigation, including trial preparation and courtroom support. Manage trial binders, war room logistics, exhibits, witness materials, and filings under demanding deadlines. Coordinate federal court filings and maintain case documents, calendars, and deadlines. Assist attorneys with legal research, cite-checking, and preparation of briefs and court submissions, including Bluebook citation review. Draft and organize pleadings, discovery materials, and trial-related documents. Collaborate closely with attorneys and fellow legal professionals while helping train and mentor junior paralegals as needed. What We're Looking For 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience supporting complex litigation matters. Demonstrated experience providing meaningful trial support, including ownership of exhibits, witnesses, filings, trial logistics, and case preparation. Experience supporting patent litigation matters. Background in complex commercial litigation, intellectual property, or other sophisticated federal litigation practices. Strong knowledge of federal court procedures and filing requirements. Experience with Bluebook cite-checking and legal document preparation. Team-oriented, coachable, and collaborative approach to supporting attorneys and clients. Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced trial environment. Why Apply?
