IT Helpdesk Technician

Job Description Job Description We are seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for our clients through telephone, remote support or on-site. Responsibilities: Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance for our clients including patch management, AV scans and OS maintenance Provide technical assistance for networking, security, computer hardware and software Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or using remote support tools Recommend hardware and software improvements Track customer issues and resolutions using a web-based helpdesk application Qualifications: Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields Ability to clearly communicate with clients, supervisors and team members Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Positive and professional demeanor \nCompany Description Impact Business Technology is a Managed IT Security and Services provider offering services to small and medium enterprises primarily in the Connecticut and NYC metro area.
