Office Administrator
Perform a variety of clerical duties and responsibilities in order to provide support to the division. Basic job functions include safety adherence, office services such as filing, scanning, and logging documents and duplication, assisting in record keeping, and performing other duties as assigned.
Minimum requirements include legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship. Detailed selection criteria emphasize demonstrated organizational, customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with exceptional attention to details and strong analytical skills. Candidates must be able to handle multiple, complex tasks and deal easily with pressure, be self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement, and handle sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment and tact. Preferences include knowledge of payroll and personnel record keeping principles, proficiency in MS Office, and physical demands typical of office activities.
