Lease Administration Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Resolving lease-related issues, the full-time Lease Administration Analyst will manage settlement agreements, property damage claims, and utility reconciliations in a remote capacity while focusing on telecommunications industry standards. Key responsibilities Resolving and negotiating settlement agreements related to cell site access and property damage claims Reconciling utility usage and addressing power outages due to utility issues or deliberate actions Managing claims related to trespass, encroachment, bankruptcies, foreclosures, evictions, and condemnation actions Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience Comfortable discussing issues directly with clients, landlords, and third parties Ability to adapt to frequent process changes with a flexible and solutions-oriented approach Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word) Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset for analyzing information
