We’re looking for a Bookkeeper to join our team and help keep our day-to-day accounting operations running smoothly. This role offers a mix of bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general bookkeeping, with the opportunity to work across several areas of the accounting function. What You’ll Do Prepare bank statement reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure transactions are accurately reflected in accounting records. Process vendor payments through ACH, checks, wire transfers, and electronic payment platforms. Record vendor payments, maintain accounts payable records, and reconcile vendor statements. Prepare customer invoices, post incoming payments, and maintain accurate accounts receivable records. Research and resolve discrepancies involving payments, invoices, and account balances. Maintain financial records, assist with general ledger updates, and perform routine account reconciliations. Prepare basic accounting reports and assist with month-end activities as needed. What We’re Looking For Previous bookkeeping or general accounting experience, including AP or AR responsibilities. Hands-on experience preparing bank statement reconciliations and researching discrepancies is required. Strong attention to detail and the ability to research and resolve discrepancies.
