Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk I / FD Biller Location: Woodridge, IL 60517 Duration: 5 months Schedule: 7:00am to 3:30pm Interview- In Person Dress Code: Business Casual Job Summary Oversees the timely processing of invoices that are received from vendors for factory-direct orders. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: High School Diploma or GED and 1-2 years in Accounts Payable or related field. Computer literate, experience in writing business correspondence, and the ability to problem solve, multitask, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills. Preferred Previous SAP and previous experience working in a foodservice and/or distribution environment. Essential Duties Audit factory direct invoices for correct cost. Calculate freight in factory direct invoices. Research Sales Departmentt inquiries on FD invoices and freight rates. Process FD invoices into the Accounts Payable System. Escalate issues beyond scope of authority to appropriate parties. Perform other duties as assigned. #J-18808-Ljbffr Spectraforce Technologies
