Receptionist | Folsom, CA
Pay: $20.00 to $21.50/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
* Answer and direct incoming calls
* Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
* Manage mail, deliveries, and office correspondence
* Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
* Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative support
* Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications:
* Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
