If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Product Implementation Project manager- S&P to join our team in Princeton, New Jersey (US-NJ), United States (US).Responsibilities:This role involves managing large product implementations that involve high degree of product development effort and customization.• Driving clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered according to defined scope, dates and budget.• Project management, leadership, dependency management and cross-group collaboration skills with a proven track record of leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders/partners.• Ability to engage competently with client at all levels of the organization.• P&L responsibility for the project.• Contribute as required to process improvements, pre-sales and team development initiatives within the team.Basic Qualification required:• Bachelor’s degree & 8+ years of experience in program/project management delivering software products or services, product development in financial services domain OR equivalent experience• 3+ years of working in a similar Product & solutions company with exposure to post trade automation business domain OR similar experience.• Proven track record of successfully delivering highly complex IT transformation projects within the financial services industry.• Good written, presentation, and verbal communications skills that can applied across organizational levels• Good business knowledge in post trade automation space• Excellent client facing skills. A good communicator with strong relationship building skills.• Training or understanding of standard project management methodologies e.g. PMI.*Must be in office at client in Princeton, NJ 2 days/weekAdditional Preferred Qualifications• Excellent influencer with proven ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organization.• Certification in Project/program management (PMP OR equivalent)• Flexible and adaptable to project needs and changing priorities. Strong inter-personal skills with practical, can-do approach.• Ability to work to strict deadlines and manage own time accordinglyNTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $100,000-130,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
