Associate Procurement Quality Manager

Quality Control Manager – Industrial Fabrication Locations: Vancouver, WA (80%) | Corvallis, OR (20%) Department: Quality Reports to: Operations Manager / Director of Quality Job Description This position is responsible for ensuring that all industrial fabrication processes meet quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Oversee the implementation of the Quality Control Plan across all projects. Coordinate project testing, inspections, and reporting activities. Lead all quality operations, including planning, monitoring, and reporting. Develop and maintain an effective quality management system. Standardize workflows, processes, protocols, and policies to maintain consistency. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Oversee the quality and safety of industrial hoses and fittings received from vendors. Document and report quality metrics to senior management. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
