Quality Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Manager to oversee all quality assurance and control activities within our sheet metal fabrication company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality management principles and a proven track record of implementing and maintaining quality systems.
What You Will Do:
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality management system (QMS) aligned with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Establish and monitor quality objectives and performance indicators.
- Conduct internal quality audits and corrective action plans.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing quality control processes, including inspection and testing.
- Manage and develop a team of quality control inspectors.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure product quality and process efficiency.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement improvement initiatives.
- Implement and maintain quality control documentation and records.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and customer specifications.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, tools, and methodologies.
- Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
