Hiring Lathe Machinists & Mill Machinists in Brighton, MI

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual and/or CNC machines (vertical and/or horizontal)
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and materials for each job
• Perform tool offsets, adjustments, and minor program edits
• Measure and inspect parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators, bore gauges, etc.)
• Maintain tight tolerances and ensure parts meet quality specifications
• Perform basic machine maintenance and keep work area clean and organized
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality

Shifts:

• 1st: 7am-5:30pm
• 2nd: 3:15pm-11:45am
• 3rd: 10pm-6:30am

Pay Rate: $25-$38/hr

This is a Permanent position based out of Brighton, MI.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $79040.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Brighton,MI.
