• Experience in driving business transformation / digital transformation preferably for B2B services organizations


• Experience in business consulting or in dealing with unstructured situations and applying first principles thinking for problem solving


• 3 to 4 years of experience, with an undergraduate or master's degree


• Strong project management, stakeholder management and communication skills


• Exposure to any of these domains is preferred though not essential – B2B Sales processes, Sales productivity tools (e.g. Salesforce); Data visualization and reporting platforms (e.g. Tableau) etc.
