Perform system backups and recovery. Maintain the virtual environment, including VMWare, cloud, physical servers, and Storage Area Networks. Monitor existing infrastructures and server usage, ensuring proper working order. Analyze the server infrastructure and make recommendations to IT management regarding needs and requirements. Identify possibilities for automation and efficiencies.Qualifications:Required skills and knowledge:High school diploma or GED certificateA minimum of 5 years' experience in systems administration with responsibility in production level environments and change management.Five years' experience with VMWare product suite and VirtualizationFive years' administrating SANs (Storage Area Network)Expert understanding of backup technology in a virtual environmentExpert knowledge of diagnosing system problems for all systemsAbility to mentor, and coordinate activities of junior level system administratorsMust be dependable, responsible, and willing to work a flexible scheduleExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenExcellent interpersonal and organizational skillsExperience building and maintaining architecture documentationAdministrative abilities, including record keeping and communicationGood guest service and teamwork skillsPass NRWC pre-employment testingAbility to work all shifts including weekends and holidaysAbility to obtain a Class III Gaming LicensePreferred skills and knowledge:Bachelor's Degree in Computer ScienceCompTIA Certification such as Project+, Security+, Network+VMWare Certified ProfessionalMCSA/MCSE or M365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator ExpertMicrosoft Azure Certifications such as AZ-900, AZ-305 and AZ-400.ITIL v4 Foundation Certification.Physical Requirements:Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, push, and pullAbility to stand or move around continuously for 8 or more hoursAbility to lift 75 poundsAbility to tolerate a smoke-filled environmentEssential Functions of the Job:Maintain the entirety of the computing environment including storage, physical servers, virtual servers, operating systems, and software solutions.Perform system backups of all systems and critical dataDesigns and implements procedures and solutions for optimization of systems and processes within the departmentResearch new technologies to facilitate and optimize the infrastructureSubmit written reports to IT management regarding performance and other reporting as assignedResponsible for guest service training and facilitating the Guest Service PolicyPerform other duties as assignedNative American Hiring PreferenceRev: 11/23/2023
