Description of Task to be Performed AnaVation is seeking a Knowledge Manager to join our team and support our mission‑critical customer in Bethesda, Maryland. As Knowledge Manager you will provide access and knowledge management for a variety of managed processes, including Privileged User Access, Data Transfer Access, and related privileges. You will use multiple word processing and tracking tools such as MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. The role requires designing systems, managing internal databases, and fostering a collaborative, continuous‑learning culture to ensure the right information reaches the right people at the right time. Required Qualifications Clearance: Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph Certifications: Active certification for IAT Level II (e.g., CompTIA Security+) by program onboarding date Education and Experience: High School diploma with 0‑4 years of experience Experience supporting and managing Privileged User Access (PUA), Data Transfer Access (DTA), and Removable Media Custodian (RMC) privileges, including monitoring DoD 8570 Security Compliance training for program Privileged Users Experience supporting and maintaining an IT hardware and software inventory; recording all resources that fall within the program infrastructure (SharePoint, process improvement, SOP development) Experience cataloging documents, including maintaining records, files, electronic media, and information archives Preferred Qualifications Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 2‑4 years of related experience Strong technical writing skills (content generation, drafts, and formal document reviews) Experience organizing complex integrated document delivery with formal contract deliverables delivered on schedule Experience building rapport with customers, both senior leaders and teams of 100+ members Benefits Generous cost sharing for medical insurance for the employee and dependents 100% company‑paid dental insurance for employees and dependents 100% company‑paid long‑term and short‑term disability insurance 100% company‑paid vision insurance for employees and dependents 401(k) plan with generous match and 100% immediate vesting Competitive pay Generous paid leave and holiday package Tuition and training reimbursement Life and AD&D insurance AnaVation is the leader in solving the most complex technical challenges for collection and processing in the U.S. Federal Intelligence Community.
