ISV Partner Manager

Bring your partnership expertise to a role where collaboration turns third-party software into meaningful customer value. As an ISV Partner Manager, you will manage strategic relationships with Independent Software Vendors whose solutions Epicor brings to market alongside our own. You will be responsible for coordinating the operational, commercial, and go-to-market activities that keep these partnerships moving forward, from contracts and renewals to sales enablement and roadmap alignment. We are seeking someone who is relationship-driven, highly collaborative, and skilled at influencing across teams to create long-lasting success for Epicor, our partners, and our customers. What You Will Be Doing Manage a portfolio of strategic ISV relationships, serving as a key point of connection between Epicor and third-party software partners. Coordinate day-to-day partner operations, including licensing, fulfillment, billing, renewals, sales support, and issue resolution. Help ensure Epicor and ISV partners operate in alignment with contractual commitments, working closely with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and other stakeholders. Bring cross-functional teams together across Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Business Operations, and Finance to support partner priorities and successful execution. Coordinate go-to-market activities for partner solutions, including sales enablement, marketing alignment, and internal readiness. Facilitate alignment around product roadmaps, releases, and changes that may affect shared customers or the broader partnership. Participate in evaluating and onboarding new ISV partners, building the knowledge and experience to take on greater ownership of strategic partnership development over time. What You Will Likely Bring Experience in software partnerships, product management, account management, strategic partnerships, or another highly cross-functional role. Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners. Demonstrated ability to influence teams and move initiatives forward without direct authority. Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple partner priorities at once. A collaborative, customer-focused mindset and the ability to connect business, operational, and go-to-market considerations. What Could Set You Apart Direct experience managing Independent Software Vendor partnerships as an ISV Partner Manager, ISV Alliance Manager, or similar role. Experience within ERP, enterprise software, or a mature software partner ecosystem, including exposure to licensing, fulfillment, billing, renewals, and bringing third-party solutions to market.
