Area Director

Area Director Location: MEMPHIS, TN 38127 Responsibilities You are a natural and experienced multi‑unit leader that sincerely values customers and champions teamwork. You enjoy teaching, developing, and coaching managers and motivating multiple restaurant teams to work together and achieve the desired goals. You set high standards for yourself and for the people on your team. You are honest, energetic, able to inspire your team, and committed to creating a great environment and culture. You have a proven track record of maintaining a quality management team, including recruiting, selection, training, coaching, motivating, evaluating performance, and providing direction. You communicate well (verbal and written) with people at all levels in the business. Requirements At least 5 years of multi‑unit leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry. A desire to create a great place to work for your team and to make customers' days by providing excellent service and great products. A willingness to embrace a fast‑paced, exciting restaurant environment. At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
