We’re currently seeking an experienced Banquet Manager to lead our banquet operations and ensure the successful execution of meetings, weddings, conferences, and special events. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop the Banquet team to deliver exceptional service. Oversee the day-to-day execution of banquet and catering events. Manage labor, food, and beverage costs while achieving operational goals. Coordinate banquet event orders and catering contracts to ensure seamless execution. Maintain the highest standards of service, quality, and operational excellence. Collaborate with internal departments to create memorable guest experiences. What We’re Looking For Leadership experience in banquet or event operations within a luxury hotel or resort. Exceptional guest service and communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. A collaborative leadership style and passion for developing high-performing teams. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
