Job Description Review AFE's to clear costs to appropriate capital accounts Assist in managing Operating AFE's Assist EOG's Company-Owned Rental (COR) program Analyze and record various monthly overhead entries Monitor monthly JIB process checks and controls Post and close AFE's in accounting system Work with Ops team to record monthly Manual Journal Entries (MJE's) as necessary Perform account reconciliations and ad hoc analysisWork with and assist HQ accounting counterparts with various Ops accounting tasks Other tasks as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited institution, in Accounting or related business field, including core accounting classes relevant to the position, is required. CPA designation is a plus but not required. Strong PC and analytical skills (MS Excel, Word, etc.). Ability to handle multiple tasks and to meet rigorous deadlines. Knowledge of SQL, AS/400 system and MS Query is a plus but not required. Must be able to work and communicate effectively with others within and outside the organization.
