• Board: ABMS/AOA certified or Board eligible in EM only. If BE, must be obtained 5 years post residency/fellowship training.
• Licenses: Active & unrestricted GA State medical license; DEA with GA address
• DEA / CDS: Active DEA with GA address required
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS, & ATLS. If ABEM, then ATLS not required.
• Experience: Completed Residency at an accredited ACGME institution
• Other Qualifications: Clinical activity for the past 2 years; 2 year summary or certificates of CME/CEU (20 per year); TB, Flu (during season) immunizations; NPPA Supervision required

• Provide emergency medical care to patients in a 30-bed ED within a 310-bed hospital
• Supervise Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants during their 24-hour coverage shifts
• Maintain clinical activity logs and complete required CME/CEU credits annually
• Update GCMB profile with the new GA site address to serve as a Collaborative Physician
• Complete pre-application process as required by the facility
