Registered Nurse-Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center, Interventional Radiology-Per Diem

Responsibilities Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to treat patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities. Monitor patients, administer medications, keep records, consult with healthcare providers, and educate patients as part of care. Maintain accurate, complete health care records and reports. Administer medications to patients and monitor for side effects and reactions. Prescribe assistive medical devices and related treatments as appropriate. Monitor, report, and record symptoms or changes in patient conditions. Assess, implement, plan, or evaluate patient nursing care plans in coordination with the healthcare team. Record patient vital signs and medical information. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program. Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse. BLS certification. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in nursing. All ASN must complete their BSN studies within five years of their start date. Master’s degree in nursing or related field. 1+ year of experience in nursing or relevant area. ACLS certification. Experience Experience in either IR, EV, OR, or CATH LAB (Pre, intra, and post procedure). Administration and care of patients receiving moderate/conscious sedation.
