Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• Manage patient scheduling and confirm appointments to optimize office workflow.
• Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
• Process insurance claims and verify patient insurance coverage.
• Coordinate communication between patients and dental staff to enhance care delivery.
• Assist in managing office supplies and inventory for efficient operations.
• Participate in team meetings to contribute ideas for improving patient services.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare is a plus.
• Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting required.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered demeanor.
• Proficient in dental software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of insurance processes and billing is advantageous.
