Is your nurse to patient ratio hindering your ability to make an impact? Our facility has high ratios of 1 employee per 4 clients, with a maximum client population of 16.
What does this mean for you?
You will never work "short staffed".
We encourage time for play and creative rapport building with our clients!
Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
Shift: 12 hour shifts

We specialize in providing comprehensive and compassionate care to residents with mental health needs. Our state-of-the-art facility offers a supportive environment where our team works collaboratively to enhance the quality of life for those we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and monitoring vital signs.
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Oversee care staff to ensure tasks are completed/therapeutic interactions are verified.
Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for residents.
Offer emotional support and guidance to residents.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
Building rapport with clients through engaging activities such as playing cards, games, and arts and crafts.
Qualifications:
Must be a licensed LPN or RN
Previous experience in an assisted living facility or mental health setting is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work weekends.
Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
