Compliance Specialist

Job Description
• Support compliance programs and regulatory initiatives within CCUS
• Draft, review, and maintain policies, procedures, and governance documentation
• Assist with regulatory examinations, audits, and compliance reviews
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with SEC, CFTC, and other applicable regulations
• Track compliance activities, action items, and remediation efforts
• Monitor regulatory developments and help implement new requirements
• Prepare reports, documentation, and regulatory responses as needed

Skills and Requirements
• 5-7 years of compliance, regulatory, risk, or governance experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
• Experience with policy and procedure development and review
• Experience with the SEC, CFTC, FINRA, NFA, or similar regulatory organizations
• Background in securities, derivatives, capital markets, exchanges, broker-dealers, or clearing houses
• Experience interacting directly with regulators
Familiarity with Atlassian/Jira Knowledge of international regulatory frameworks is a plus
