Job Store Staffing is partnering with an industry-leading client to find an AI Data Analyst who is excited about turning complex data into actionable insights and helping shape the future of AI-driven business operations. If you love working with data, analytics, automation, and emerging AI technologies, this is an opportunity to work alongside Data Scientists, Engineers, and business leaders on cutting‑edge initiatives that directly impact operations, supply chain, and commercial performance. What You’ll Be Doing: Collect, clean, and transform structured and unstructured data from multiple sources Build and maintain data pipelines that support AI and analytics initiatives Prepare datasets for machine learning and predictive modeling Support prompt testing and optimization for generative AI and LLM tools Create dashboards and visualizations that drive real‑time business insights Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and opportunities Collaborate across technical and business teams to improve data governance and reporting Contribute ideas around emerging AI, automation, and analytics technologies What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field 1–3 years of analytics, BI, or technical experience (internships/co‑ops welcome) Strong skills with Python, SQL, R, Power Query, or similar tools Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Understanding of ETL processes, data wrangling, and relational databases Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, prompt engineering, or predictive analytics Strong Excel, analytical, and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or consumer goods environments Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Experience in API integrations and workflow automation tools Experience with AI prompt frameworks and LLM best practices Experience in KPI/dashboard development for operations or forecasting This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward‑thinking organization investing heavily in AI, analytics, and operational innovation.
