As a Customer Service Representative with a focus on Video Repair, you will use your communication and problem-solving skills to nurture and maintain relationships with customers who are subscribed to our high-quality cable and video products. Qualifications

What You'll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications

• Education : High school diploma or equivalent
• Schedule : Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Language : Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience: 6+ months of customer service experience; 1+ year working with computers and software applications; 6+ months of heavy volume phone experience in customer service or a call center
• Technical Skills: MS Office, computer skills, typing
• Skills: Communication, organization, time management, multi-tasking, customer service
