For All Seasons, Inc. is seeking a strategic, collaborative, mission-driven Vice President of Human Resources to guide the organization’s people strategy as a member of the Executive Leadership Team . This Easton, MD onsite role partners closely with the President & CEO to shape workforce planning, organizational development, employee engagement, compensation, compliance, talent acquisition, and employee relations. Compensation for this position is USD 100,000 - 115,000 per year . The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of progressive HR leadership and a track record of using workforce data to support organizational decisions. What you’ll do Serve as a strategic member of the Executive Leadership Team and an advisor to the President & CEO. Develop and implement the organization’s HR strategy aligned to overall strategic priorities. Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, and retention initiatives. Strengthen organizational culture by promoting engagement, accountability, inclusion, and professional growth . Coach and consult leaders on employee relations, performance management, organizational change, and leadership development. Oversee compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee recognition programs. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulatory requirements. Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Use workforce data and analytics to inform organizational decision-making. Build and lead a high-performing HR department focused on service, collaboration, and continuous improvement . What you bring A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Ten or more years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility. Proven expertise in employment law, employee relations, organizational development, and strategic workforce planning. Experience leading organizational change and partnering with senior leadership. Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
