Accounting Clerk - Contract-to-Hire | Onsite in Boulder, CO

We're partnering with a client in the Boulder area to hire an Accounting Clerk for a contract-to-hire position. This role is fully onsite and ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Process payments and manage accounts accurately

• Handle invoices and vendor payments across multiple locations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal teams

• Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

• Manage vendor setup and maintain compliance documentation

Required Experience

• 2+ years of accounting experience

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently

• Profiecient Excel skills
