Senior Funding Analyst

Senior Funding Analyst Position Summary The Senior Funding Analyst is responsible for auditing other funding analysts, training, and verifying credit application information such as customer identity, monthly income, address verification, etc. Duties and Responsibilities Audit other Funding Analysts work: ensure compliance, policy followed, and exceptions are noted and approved Communicate with clients, vendors, and customers Verify the accuracy of documents Verify accuracy of income calculations Enter data into the Loan Operating System Answer inbound inquiries via messaging systems and phone Reconcile customer applications and contracts Train new hires Understand policy and the disbursement tab to determine fees and total disbursed amounts Maintain a high standard of work, including dress, attendance, and knowledge Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. High school graduate or equivalent 1‑year related experience and/or training (preferred) Ability to multi‑task Ability to understand and follow directions Sound computer skills, including basic internet and Microsoft Office products Strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and within a team Customer service experience Additional Information NOTE: This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, efforts, or working conditions associated with this job.
