This role offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple specialties while contributing to a collaborative care environment. What You'll Do Provide nursing care across inpatient and specialty departments Administer medications and treatments Assess patients and monitor for changes in condition Work alongside providers and interdisciplinary teams Support and guide nursing assistants and support staff Educate patients and families Follow clinical and safety protocols Work areas include: ER, ICU, Med/Surg, OB, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, and Transitional Care What You Bring Current RN or LPN license (Montana or compact) BLS certification Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Schedule Full-time, three 12-hour shifts Rotating day/night shifts Weekend and holiday rotation required Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (paid bi-weekly) Sign-on bonus, retention incentives, relocation assistance, and tuition reimbursement opportunities Benefits Package Includes Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage (eligibility begins after 59 days) Employer-paid Life Insurance, AD&D, and Long-Term Disability Optional Short-Term Disability and supplemental plans Time Off & Retirement Generous PTO and Extended Illness Bank 401(k) with employer match (fully vested after 2 years) About GMC As a Critical Access Hospital, GMC provides essential healthcare services to communities across Eastern Montana and Western North Dakota.
