Associate Marketing Manager, GP Marketing

About this opportunity The Associate Marketing Manager, GP Marketing will be responsible for driving preference for the Invisalign & iTero brands and executing marketing initiatives to increase our utilization and driving loyalty with General Dentists. The candidate will mine local customer and business insights to continuously optimize marketing plans and strengthen the organizations understanding of the US GP market. They will develop a comprehensive and experiential plan, which includes product, education, and sales enablement strategies to deepen connections with our GP customers. They will ensure proper tracking and analysis of business results to gauge progress in achieving business objectives. Responsibilities Be part of the team that acts as the voice of and advocate for the US GP customer. Use data and customer interactions to develop a deep understanding of customer and consumer needs—and effectively educates the broader organization about these needs. Create and execute marketing programs and initiatives to build stronger brands, drive submitter growth & retention and increased case utilization, in healthy collaboration with Sales, Product and Clinical Ed teams. Integrate Invisalign and iTero in the GP market message and positioning, truly telling the analog to digital story. Lead and support cross‑functional teams in creating and executing tactical plans that support our business strategies. Understand the incremental impact of assigned marketing programs including ROI and recommendations for optimization. Participate in proactive team efforts to learn & grow with other marketing teams in and outside of US Marketing. Qualifications 4+ years of marketing or related experience, dental or medical device marketing strongly preferred. BS/BA or equivalent experience required. Strong leadership; demonstrates initiative, takes action, and drives for results. Ability to travel up to 30%. Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and create solutions to meet those data driven needs. Strong analytical skills with an ability to make sound strategic decisions, incorporating data from multiple sources and business judgment. Proven success in working cross-functionally with individuals at all levels in an organization and understand their needs/motivations and manage complex cross-functional projects. Effective communication skills (written, oral, & presentation). Self‑motivated problem‑solver and thought‑leader with strong strategic and thinking skills; a positive winning attitude, with the ability to maintain composure in stressful and uncertain situations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
