Telemetry Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Schedule:
Shift: 0700 - 1930 (07:00)

Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements:
- Active RN license
- Experience in telemetry nursing

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patient conditions within the telemetry unit.
- Develop and implement individual care plans for assigned patients.
- Supervise clinical staff and delegate appropriate patient care tasks.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Support the facility's quality assurance and resource management initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments and care provided.
