Campus Executive Director (licensed HFA) Are you a visionary leader who is passionate about creating exceptional experiences for older adults and empowering high-performing teams? We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead a premier Life Plan Community in Franklin, IN, overseeing daily operations while driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and an outstanding resident experience. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership for all departments across the community. Develop and manage annual operating, capital, and business plans to achieve financial and operational goals. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining quality standards and survey readiness. Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders to build a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement. Monitor key performance indicators and implement initiatives that improve quality, resident satisfaction, employee retention, and financial performance. Foster open communication with residents, families, employees, and community stakeholders while effectively addressing concerns and opportunities. Qualifications Demonstrated passion for serving older adults and leading with integrity and compassion. Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, operations, and organizational performance. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and inspire a positive, service-focused culture. Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining a resident-centered approach. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Gerontology, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of five years of executive leadership experience in senior living, long-term care, or post-acute healthcare, including experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator or Executive Director.
