Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies.
- Conduct ongoing safety training for drivers and transportation staff.
- Oversee accident investigations, documentation, and corrective action plans.
- Perform regular safety audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
- Manage driver qualification files and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Track and report safety metrics, violations, and trends to leadership.
- Coordinate random drug and alcohol testing as required.
CDL is required.
