How You Will Make a Difference (Responsibilities) Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents while maintaining the highest quality standards. Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants. Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations as required by the Director of Nursing. Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with facility written policies and procedures. What You Need to Make a Difference (Qualifications) Active RN license in the state of residence. Current CPR certification. Customer‑service oriented with ability to work well under pressure. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
