Sr HRIS Analyst - Workday [Remote]

Location: Fully Remote (U.S.) + occasional travel to Canada (passport required)
Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $120,000–$140,000 base + eligibility to earn a 15% bonus

SUMMARY
LaSalle Network is hiring a Senior HRIS Analyst (Workday) to join their HR/HRIS function and own day-to-day Workday administration and user support across the business. This is a steady-state, ticket-driven role focused on timely support, strong prioritization, and hands-on Workday configuration and reporting.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
In this role, you will be the go-to Workday support partner responsible for keeping the queue moving and ensuring business users get fast, accurate solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Manage and prioritize a high-volume Workday ticket queue supporting multiple business groups

• Build, maintain, and enhance Workday reporting, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and the broader organization

• Support and administer Workday configuration and security (including security role concepts and access controls)

• Provide day-to-day administration across Workday modules including Learning, Compensation, and Talent

• Partner directly with end users to understand issues, clarify requirements, and communicate solutions in a clear, approachable way (translating “technical” into “business”)

• Support an established Workday tenant (Workday live since 2018) in a complex, operational environment that includes manufacturing/union rules and integration touchpoints (e.g., timekeeping)

REQUIREMENTS 

• 5+ years of Workday experience in a support/admin capacity (not just “exposure”)

• Advanced comfort with Workday reporting and dashboards (day-to-day usage)

• Solid understanding of Workday security concepts and practical administration

• Experience supporting Workday modules such as Learning, Compensation, and/or Talent

• Proven ability to triage/prioritize competing requests and keep a queue moving without constant oversight

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset (able to explain solutions without being overly technical)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

• Manufacturing or operational/plant environment experience

• HR functional background (ability to understand HR processes, not just system clicks)

• Experience acting as a liaison between HR stakeholders and systems/support
