Banquets & Offsite Catering Floor Manager

Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a motivated Banquet Captain to lead banquet and catering operations, and to serve as Offsite Catering Manager and Restaurant Floor Manager a few nights per week. This hands-on role partners with clients, the kitchen, and front-of-house to deliver outstanding service.
