Associate Attorney / Counsel – Public Finance Advert Code: MLFS 181 A leading global law firm is seeking a Public Finance Associate or Counsel (2–5 years’ experience) to join its growing public finance practice. The role offers meaningful responsibility advising public sector entities and market participants on complex financing transactions that support critical infrastructure, housing, and community development initiatives. The Opportunity You will work closely with experienced attorneys on a broad range of municipal finance matters involving governmental issuers, public authorities, and institutional stakeholders. The practice regularly advises cities, counties, housing authorities, and special-purpose districts on financing strategies and debt issuances. Associates and counsel in the group gain early exposure to transaction leadership, client interaction, and strategic structuring of public finance transactions.
