Senior Manager, Digital Experience & Product

The Senior Manager, Digital Experience & Product is responsible for shaping and optimizing UL Solutions’ end-to-end web experience and digital product practice for our primary digital properties. You’ll be the orchestrating spine that connects product, design, content, and discoverability into a single web value stream, turning digital experience into a measurable contributor to revenue. This role leads a multidisciplinary team of UX professionals, digital product managers, and web operations specialists to deliver customer-centric experiences that drive engagement, conversion, customer satisfaction, and business growth.You’ll serve as the strategic owner of the digital experience roadmap, partnering closely with marketing, content, analytics, technology, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and deliver measurable outcomes. The estimated salary range for this position is $155,000 to $185,000 USD and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 20% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country.
