NFS Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential, utilizing a variety of approaches such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy. What You’ll Do Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary Who You Are Have your Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required Will have your Independent Clinical License within 2 years Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus Requires excellent time‑management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable managing your schedule and caseload Afternoon and evening availability is a plus! Must be able to provide services in‑office. Massachusetts office locations: North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, West Springfield Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time. • 50-$55/hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity
• 55-$60/hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience
• 65-$70/hour for independent license
