Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients seeking outpatient services, ensuring that each session is tailored to the specific needs of the client.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' relational and mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans and setting realistic, achievable goals.

• Implement family systems theory and systemic interventions to effectively address communication issues, relationship dynamics, and family stressors.

• Offer immediate support and crisis intervention when necessary to safeguard clients and their families, promoting safety and stability.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential client records, alongside progress notes and treatment plans, compliant with all legal and ethical standards.

• Educate clients on valuable skills, such as effective communication and conflict resolution techniques, aimed at improving their relationships and emotional health.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to client care.

• Engage in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and new research within marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
