Operations Supervisor Salary: $62,500 - $70,000 (national); $70,304 - $82,000 (California); $80,169 - $82,000 (Washington). Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by providing coaching, guidance, and support as needed, while also building a strong culture of inclusion and belonging. Take proactive measures to consistently uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of heightened safety awareness throughout the organization. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance and identify areas of improvement. Provide regular reports and analysis to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for enhancing warehouse operations. Foster an environment of open communication and collaboration, facilitating regular and effective dialogue among leadership and associates to promote transparency, alignment, and teamwork. Qualifications High School/GED required. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred. 1+ years of operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role preferred. 1+ years of logistics industry experience preferred. Experience in staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and organizational skills preferred.
