Salary Range: $50,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Fremont that are seeking skilled Mechanics. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on production machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with manufacturing equipment.
• Repair and replace defective parts in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations during maintenance operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience as a mechanic in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot complex machinery
• Certification in a relevant mechanical field (e.g., industrial maintenance, mechatronics) is a plus
